H.O.R.S.E

The third event to reach its conclusion was the €175+€25 H.O.R.S.E event, a highly anticipated tournament, especially by local players, who hold a weekly H.O.R.S.E tournament here throughout the year. It was high quality field that included a WSOP bracelet winner in Dutchman Jens Voertman and several other highly skilled mixed game players. Mixed games crusher Adam Owen was in attendance and made the money, but did not go on to take the trophy. That honour went to local Richard Burke, an English player who resides in Malta. He rode off with €2,348 after defeating Joe Brindle heads up, while Adam Owen claimed third place, to give all three spots on the podium to English players.
